1 Begin by shaking the eye make-up remover to blend the layers of oil and water together
2 Hold a wet cotton pad on the top of the bottle and turn it inside out to soak the cotton pad
3. Soak the eyelid by placing a cotton pad over closed eyes and hold for 10 seconds.
4 Pull out from your nose to remove makeup and any excess formula
