If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or replace it within (7) days of receiving the product, provided that you guarantee to us that the product is intact and in its original condition, with all its accessories and in its original packaging
- The store has the right to cancel the order in case there is no available quantity of the product
Exceptions:
- In case the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, additional shipping service fees will not be charged ( please attach a video or a photo showing the defect + a photo of the manual invoice )
- We bear the human error in placing the wrong image of another product or another name or other errors and the product is returned from the customer and replaced if desired without incurring additional shipping fees provided that it is not used by the customer and returned in its original condition
- In case of return for other reasons ( the customer's need to replace the product or the customer's desire has changed in general), the shipping fee to the store (35 riyals) will be charged to the customer .
- In case of replacement, shipping fees will be charged from the store to the customer (35 riyals ) in addition to the previous shipping fees ..
- Shipping and cash on delivery service fees are non-refundable in case of return or exchange of the product
When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories, if any, and the attached instruction booklet (with its original packaging)
We do not accept the return of products that contain scratches or were damaged due to misuse or malfunction due to the use of non-conforming volts .
We do not accept the return or exchange of products that do not contain thermal packaging, such as deodorants and others
We have the right to agree to refuse to return products that do not meet the above criteria, as they will be returned to the customer, bearing the back and forth shipping fees
- The refund process is carried out from two to 14 working days from the arrival of the shipment to the warehouse
- The client is not entitled to claim anything in case more than the period specified above has passed
